Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above; major is not limited.
2. Have more than 8 years of experience in procurement related to engineering or equipment projects, with solid hands-on expertise and proven track record in optimizing large-scale group enterprise project procurement processes, as well as extensive team management experience.
3. Has demonstrated considerable success in areas such as transforming procurement business models, building system platforms, optimizing business processes, and sourcing, developing, and managing suppliers.
4. Strong in pressure-bearing capacity, down-to-earth in work style, and adept at both systems thinking and innovative thinking.
