Requirements:

1. Food science, bioengineering, and other food-related majors;
2. Familiar with knowledge in areas such as food regulations;
3. Possess a solid understanding of the food industry, including knowledge of relevant food product quality and flavor characteristics, as well as familiarity with the technical R&D process for animal-derived products.
4. Good physical health, free from harmful habits, and equipped with keen olfactory and gustatory sensory abilities;
5. Highly creative thinker with a strong drive for self-improvement, sense of responsibility, and meticulous approach to work—plus excellent logical reasoning skills.
