Requirements:

1. Related majors in science and engineering, with 5-8 years of experience in hardware testing (or R&D);
2. Familiar with the requirements, standards, testing methods, and laboratory workflows related to reliability testing of robotic products;
3. Capable of establishing hardware test cases and standards for new types of products, with good learning, analytical, and problem summarization abilities;
4. Possess strong teamwork and communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and motivation, with a positive, open, and proactive attitude.
