Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Fermentation Engineering, Food Science, Pharmacy, or related fields;
2. More than 3 years of work experience, pilot-scale production experience preferred, experience in natural product extraction preferred, experience in enzyme catalysis research preferred, familiarity with related food analytical chemistry preferred;
3. Good health, no bad habits, with strong food flavor evaluation skills;
4. Active thinking, motivated, responsible, meticulous in work, with good logical analysis skills;
5. Thorough understanding of national standards and regulations related to the food industry.
