Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related fields. Possess 3-5 years or more experience in seasoning food R&D, with preference given to those who have successfully launched market products.
2. Familiar with the raw material characteristics and processing technology of seasoning foods, proficient in various seasoning formula development techniques, and possess good experimental operation and data analysis skills.
3. Strong innovative thinking, able to develop novel and unique seasoning products that keep up with market trends.
4. Work experience in Southeast Asian or South Asian food enterprises is preferred.
