1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical, electronics, industrial engineering or related fields;

3. Familiar with the lean management knowledge system of manufacturing enterprises, more than three years of experience in introducing and implementing lean production in the food industry, and possessing certain capabilities in building lean production systems.
