Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, preferably in mechanical design, electrical automation, or related fields;
2. Over 10 years of overall operation implementation and management experience in the automation industry, with more than three years in the same management position;
3. Familiar with at least one of the following industries: testing, automation, or software semiconductor;
4. Familiar with corporate strategic planning, with specific experience in optimizing strategic processes and building systems;
5. Possess advanced management concepts and strong capabilities in strategy formulation and implementation;
6. Familiar with product layout and promotion, guiding the daily operations of the business unit through periodic business analysis reports.
