1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more experience in HR talent development, learning development, or recruitment-related roles;
2. Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), food, or retail industries is preferred;
3. Experience in training marketing teams or sales personnel, familiar with frontline sales talent development needs is preferred;
4. Able to efficiently promote training program operations nationwide;
5. Able to effectively coordinate with HRBP, business leaders, and training teams;
6. Able to optimize training operation strategies based on talent data.
