Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors in supply chain management, logistics management, mechanical engineering, or related fields preferred;
2. More than 5 years of overseas supply chain management experience, experience in CNC machine tool manufacturing industry preferred;
3. Familiar with overseas procurement processes and supplier management, knowledgeable in logistics management, inventory management, and risk management, proficient in using supply chain management software;
4. Proficient in English, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to communicate effectively with overseas suppliers;
5. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, able to establish good cooperative relationships with suppliers and logistics providers from different cultural backgrounds;
6. Able to quickly identify and solve problems in the supply chain, with strong adaptability and decision-making abilities.
