Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a background in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related fields;
2. Over 8 years of experience in data analysis or big data project or product management, familiar with waterfall and agile project management methods, proficient in mainstream BI tools, with successful implementation cases, FMCG background preferred;
3. Possess data analysis skills, understanding of common data warehouse and data lake architectures, and familiarity with common machine learning algorithms is a plus;
4. Good communication, teamwork, and conflict management skills.
