Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields;
2. Over 8 years of product manager experience, with preference for those who have successfully implemented AI/algorithm-based ERP products;
3. Familiar with AI technology principles and development processes (such as machine learning, deep learning frameworks), able to communicate efficiently with technical teams;
4. Sensitive to user needs, possessing excellent product design, logical analysis, and documentation skills;
5. Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, etc.), capable of driving decisions through data.
