Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with no less than 5 years of experience in medium to large enterprises in the pan-home furnishing marketing field, willing to accept frequent business trips;
2. Overall responsibility for the business operations of the management department, accountable for operating income/profit;
3. Formulate annual marketing plans within the region, reasonably break down sales targets, and ensure the achievement of annual tasks;
4. Plan channel layout and optimization, allocate policy resources, and be responsible for the development and maintenance of internal distributors within the region;
5. According to activity planning and product delivery schedules, reasonably control the order rhythm of branches to improve delivery fulfillment rate;
6. Responsible for maintaining the brand image;
7. Responsible for building digital marketing work systems such as regional live streaming systems, membership operation systems, online seeding, and official e-commerce malls.
