Requirements:
1. Full-time PhD from a Double First-Class university, majoring in Materials Science and Engineering (preferably in inorganic non-metallic materials, metallic materials, polymer materials, materials physics, or powder metallurgy);
2. Possess intermediate or senior technical professional titles;
3. Have more than 3 years of experience as deputy chief engineer or above in grinding manufacturing industry;
4. More than 5 years of experience in R&D project management;
5. Possess forward-thinking mindset, strong organizational and management skills, good planning ability, and be diligent in research.
