Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in science or engineering majors.
2. Over 8 years of production management experience in medium to large electronic manufacturing industries, with more than 4 years in the same position.
3. Experience in smart manufacturing factory operations management, rich technical expertise, familiar with electronic product production processes and working principles, familiar with IE/PE/ME/Lean production related work, and quality management systems.
4. Possess good leadership and decision-making abilities, strong stress resistance, result-oriented, able to lead the team to complete production tasks.
