Requirements:

1. Full-time college diploma or above, majoring in mechanical or electronic related fields.
2. More than 8 years of management experience in medium to large electronic manufacturing industries, with over 5 years of engineering team management experience.
3. Ability to independently analyze and resolve abnormalities occurring in various engineering stages.
4. Familiar with electronic product manufacturing processes and working principles, and knowledgeable in IE/PE/ME/TE/Lean related work.
