Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, English can be used as a working language; over 10 years of procurement experience in large enterprises, with preference for experience in procurement of production-type bulk materials;
2. More than 5 years of experience in international procurement system capabilities, with overseas local procurement management experience;
3. Conduct procurement management work according to the company's medium and long-term development strategy, formulate and optimize the procurement management system, and be responsible for managing domestic and international procurement teams;
4. Establish and optimize the supplier management system, integrate supplier resources and procurement channels, and improve efficiency;
5. Supervise negotiation, signing, and contract delivery execution of major procurement projects, and control project progress, delivery, quality, cost, and risk;
6. Accept overseas business trips totaling 3-6 months per year (can be divided into multiple trips).
