1. College degree or above, majoring in Textile Engineering, Light Chemical Engineering, Garment Engineering, or related fields;
2. More than 8 years of experience in the garment and textile industry, with over 3 years of team management experience in quality management;
3. Strong team management and communication skills, adept at coordinating and organizing collaboration among departments;
4. Work rigorously, proactive, with a strong sense of motivation;
5. Possess excellent expertise in knitted fabrics, proficient in using quality management tools and methods;
6. Sensitive to fabric processes and quality issues, with strong data analysis capabilities.
