Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, with over 5 years of software development experience and more than 3 years of experience managing development teams;
2. Proficient in Servlet/JSP specifications, J2EE frameworks, and other mainstream frameworks. Familiar with development tools such as Eclipse;
3. Expert in Java programming, design patterns, and component technologies; familiar with mainstream relational databases and object-oriented concepts;
4. Proficient in cloud-native, microservices, DevOps, and other mainstream internet technologies, with project experience leading the application of these technologies in various scenarios;
5. Skilled in various application component technologies and their application strategies.
