Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical related fields; experience in multinational companies;
2. More than 3 years of quality management experience, with R&D and project management experience preferred;
3. Rich experience in handling customer complaints; ability to optimize problem-solving and project monitoring/reporting;
4. Ability to use various analytical methods to solve problems, Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred;
5. Familiar with surface mount technology, wave soldering process, electrical testing, and related assembly processes;
6. In-depth understanding of ISO9001 standards.
