Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing in manufacturing plants, international companies, or electrical factories is preferred.
2. Experience in project management between the development team and the factory during product launches.
3. Experience dealing with global agencies.
4. Experience in sales and marketing management in the manufacturing industry. Familiar with manufacturing processes and operational knowledge.
5. Possess project management and quality mindset, able to work under pressure, with flexible, quick, and lean thinking towards daily tasks.
6. Able to read technical drawings and documents.
7. Understanding of electronic products, knowledge of ESD is preferred.
