Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other food and chemistry-related majors.
2. 5 years or more of research and development experience in starch raw materials and products, selecting suitable raw materials for formula design and implementation.
3. Familiar with the development and process flow of modified starch products, while ensuring product quality and reducing production costs.
4. Familiar with the application fields of cassava modified starch products, knowledgeable about sensory evaluation methods for food applications, and able to provide accurate evaluation results.
