1. Familiar with the operation system of an integrated production, sales, and research company, with business acumen; possesses a relatively keen understanding and judgment of the market conditions/competitive landscape/development trends of the industry, and has certain industry resources and network connections.
2. Proficient in overseas major client sales expansion or overseas factory operation.
3. Strong strategic mindset, logical thinking, achievement orientation, customer orientation, resilience, and stress resistance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English; 
2. Over 10 years of experience in sales, production, research, and development for major overseas clients in the large-scale electronics industry (industrial/tooling/home appliances/PCBA/motors/BMS/switching power supplies, etc.) or other high-tech industry experience.
