Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with intellectual property laws and regulations and litigation procedures, with solid legal expertise;
2. Responsible for the maintenance of the company's trademarks, packaging decoration, copyrights, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights;
3. Handle the company's intellectual property infringement complaints;
4. Responsible for the management of the company's intellectual property litigation cases.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in law, and passed the National Judicial Examination.
2. More than 5 years of work experience in intellectual property, rights protection, and litigation. Experience in well-known enterprises or law firms is preferred.
