Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Food Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Bioengineering, or a related field.
2. Proficient in at least 2 core processing technologies; priority will be given to those with practical experience in successfully scaling up laboratory technology for industrialization.
3. More than 5 years of experience in food processing, including more than 3 years focusing on the technical research and application of spices and natural flavor ingredients.
4. Proficient in flavor substance analysis techniques such as GC and GC-MS.
