Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with labor law, labor contract law, and related judicial interpretations, with practical experience in handling labor disputes, and experience in labor employment management and risk prevention is preferred.
2. Proficient in the entire process of labor risk prevention and control, familiar with the employment characteristics of the sales industry (such as foreign characteristics, etc.).
3. Solid knowledge structure of labor laws and regulations, and master employee negotiation skills, labor-management problem handling, etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
2. Over 5 years of experience in employee relations management or HRBP, with a background in supporting sales teams preferred.
