Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with handling legal issues such as negotiation, acquisition, contract review, etc.
2. Familiar with due diligence and risk control in investment law.
3. Participate in legal due diligence and legal risk identification, framework design, and negotiation of investment and M&A projects.
4. Draft, review, or prepare relevant legal documents related to investment projects.
5. Handle various procedures involved in investment and follow up on the handling of legal risks.
 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in law, with a legal qualification certificate or lawyer's license;
2. More than 4 years of legal work experience, more than 3 years of investment legal work experience.
