1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of large and medium-sized enterprise process management or digital transformation change management related work background;
2, familiar with system management, familiar with process management methods, with business process design, optimization capabilities, process change design and implementation experience is preferred;
3, have good overall planning ability, good organization and coordination and communication skills;
4. Proficient in the operation of WORD, EXCEL, PPT, VISIO or EPROS tools.
