Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in mechanical, mechanical and electrical related;
2. At least 10 years working experience in aluminum alloy die casting factory management in automotive industry;
3, proficient in aluminum die casting process, familiar with equipment, mold, post-processing, fixture, tool, etc.
4. Familiar with the various requirements of die casting products in the automotive industry, especially die castings such as oil pump housing, steering gear housing, vacuum pump body, control valve body, etc.
5, familiar with the production process, the responsibilities and requirements of each post clear, familiar with the product rhythm, quality requirements, output requirements.
6, familiar with IATF16949, 14001, 45001, AS and other systems, and participated in relevant training;
7, rigorous work attitude, strong leadership, communication, organization, execution ability.
